Our passenger safety and security are paramount. All our licensed drivers must hold a satisfactory enhanced DBS and be BTEC/VRQ certified. For your safety, the dispatch software we use automatically deactivates any driver whose documentation or licences has lapsed. For your added security, all calls and bookings are recorded, and all vehicles are GPS tracked. Argyle Satellite are ico compliant, ensuring that your data is handled and stored securely.
With satellite booking offices across the borough complementing our 24-hour operations hub in Birkenhead, and a network of more than 60 free phones; we are never far away. All licensed vehicles carry a minimum of four passengers, however we can also provide specialised vehicles carrying up to 8 passengers along with wheelchair access vehicles.
