How to become an Argyle Satellite driver
Our onboarding process is now largely done online, speeding up the process and allowing you to become familiar with how our dispatch system works from your armchair.
The stage by stage process ensures that when you come in for your induction appointment and collect your equipment, your documents will be pre-loaded into our system, and you should have a basic understanding of how the PDA works.
You will need to ensure you have the following documents in order to complete our onboarding process.
- Copy of your driving licence - Card
- Copy of your Private Hire/Hackney Drivers Licence – Card and Paper Licence
- Copy of your Private Hire/Hackney Vehicle Licence – Plate (photo) and Paper Licence
- Valid insurance certificate
Once you have completed and uploaded the documentation, we have a HOW TO section, which allows you to watch bite size videos explaining how our dispatch system works and how drivers can view and pay balances and keep their documentation up to date without the need to come to the office.
